Here’s the truth. I’ve spent my entire career walking alongside healthcare leaders at every stage of their growth, and I know how disorienting it can feel to step into leadership without the training, support, or tools to succeed.
That’s why I created New Leader Launch.
I’ve coached, taught, and mentored thousands of healthcare leaders across the country. I’ve worked with high-achieving professionals who are deeply capable, but who are often asked to lead before they've been taught how.
I'm also the co-author of The Emerging Healthcare Leader: A Field Guide, now in its second edition and widely used across universities and health systems to equip new leaders with the relational and behavioral competencies that matter most.
