New Leader Launch

You might be wondering, why this course, and why me?

Here’s the truth.  I’ve spent my entire career walking alongside healthcare leaders, just like you, at every stage of their growth. And I know firsthand how disorienting it can be to step into a leadership role without the training or tools to truly succeed.

That’s why I created New Leader Launch.

I’ve coached, taught, and mentored thousands of healthcare leaders across the country. I’ve spoken on stages, taught in classrooms, and sat across from high-achieving professionals who feel the weight of new leadership without a clear roadmap forward.

And yes, I literally wrote the book on this. Twice.

I'm the co-author of The Emerging Healthcare Leader: A Field Guide, now in its second edition and widely used across universities and health systems to equip new leaders with the behavioral and relational competencies so often overlooked.

As a seasoned healthcare executive, educator, and executive coach, my personal mission is simple:

To encourage and equip leaders to thrive.
