Hello friends. I am your host, Laurie Baedke, and I'm so excited to be telling you that the Growth Edge Leadership Podcast will be back for a brand new season, season 13, beginning this coming Monday, June 1st. I have been recording amazing episodes with fantastic leaders that I can't wait to start sharing with you. They cover so many brilliant topics that are salient in our world today. They are, of course, reflective of
leaders within healthcare, within higher education, within our communities at large. And I just get so encouraged by learning from others' journeys. I am so inspired that I'm not alone when I feel like I'm the only one facing a headwind or an insecurity or a growth edge that I need to conquer. I am reminded through the brilliance of humanity that other smart
and capable and committed individuals are putting their shoulders into rocks that are like the ones that I am struggling with and or continuing to come back to, and ones that are completely different and serve other individuals in the most important ways. So I'm so heartened by these conversations. I can't wait to start sharing them with you.
