Here’s the truth. I’ve spent my entire career walking alongside leaders, just like you, at every stage of their growth. And I know firsthand how disorienting it can be to step into a leadership role without the training or tools to truly succeed.
That’s why I created New Leader Launch.
I’ve coached, taught, and mentored thousands of leaders across the country. I’ve spoken on stages, taught in classrooms, and sat across from high-achieving professionals who feel the weight of new leadership without a clear roadmap forward.
And yes, I literally wrote the book on this. Twice.
I'm the co-author of The Emerging Healthcare Leader: A Field Guide, now in its second edition and widely used across universities and health systems to equip new leaders with the behavioral and relational competencies so often overlooked.
As a seasoned healthcare executive, educator, and executive coach, my personal mission is simple:
