Why I Created the Growth Edge Leadership Masterclass

Throughout my career as a healthcare executive, educator, and executive coach, I've had the privilege of working alongside thousands of accomplished healthcare professionals.

And I've observed a recurring challenge.

The higher leaders rise, the fewer opportunities they have to intentionally develop the skills that matter most.

Their responsibilities expand. Their decisions become more consequential. The relationships grow more complex.

Yet the demands of leading often leave little space for the reflection, feedback, and intentional development that continued growth requires.
